The ICPL3120, IS314W, IS341W, and ICPL316J families offer maximum peak output currents from 1.5 A to 5 A. For designs that need integrated fault protection, the ICPL316J combines desaturation detection, undervoltage lockout, and isolated fault feedback. The IS480P provides a totem-pole output for intelligent power module (IPM) interfaces and gate-drive applications, with a 4.5–30 V operating supply range.

Peak output values are maximum pulse ratings, not continuous drive currents. IS480P is an IPM interface device; its datasheet specifies a 50 mA absolute maximum output current rather than a comparable peak gate-drive rating. Delay is the larger specified maximum of tPLH and tPHL (IS480P: 200/220 ns). ICPL316J supply shown is the total output supply; it also requires a 4.5–5.5 V input supply.
