These single-channel, normally open (1 Form A) relays combine optical isolation with MOSFET outputs for applications including reed relay replacement. All listed parts offer a 5,000 Vrms isolation rating and a −40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. Ratings shown at 25°C. Output breakdown voltage and continuous load current are absolute maximum ratings. On-resistance uses Connection A for 6-pin IS devices (input current 5 mA) and the standard connection for 4-pin ISP devices (input current 10 mA), with maximum load current and a 1-second test.
