Stackpole HVA High Voltage Axial Leaded Resistors

Stackpole HVA axial leaded metal film resistors combine high resistance values with high voltage capability for through-hole assemblies. Compare HVA05, HVA08, and HVA12 types by resistance, tolerance, power, and maximum working voltage. All three types share a temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C and an operating temperature range of −25 to +125 °C.

Resistance is shown in megohms (MΩ). Rated voltage is the lower of the square root of power rating multiplied by nominal resistance, or the listed maximum working voltage. The maximum voltage is therefore a ceiling, not the applicable voltage for every resistance value. Consult the datasheet for derating and test conditions.
