Stackpole HVCR High Voltage Low VCR Chip Resistors

Stackpole HVCR surface-mount fine film resistors are screened for voltage coefficient of resistance (VCR) performance. Compare four parts in 1206 and 2512 case sizes, with 10 MΩ or 100 MΩ resistance. All listed parts share ±1% tolerance, a ±100 ppm/°C temperature coefficient, and an operating temperature range of −55 to +155 °C.

VCR values are shown with the negative sign used in the manufacturer datasheet. Power ratings apply at 70 °C. Proper terminal isolation is required to achieve the listed maximum working voltage, and applied voltage must also respect the part’s power rating.
